- Perform our own inspections within 24-48 hours of the request (in the service area below)
- Draws funded within 24-48 hours (dependent on all necessary documents being received and funding availability)
- Make deposits or deliver checks to builders when possible
- Extensive experience with both residential and commercial projects
- We require only electronic copies of required documents
