Learn how to efficiently get your money and effectively "protect your dirt." This seminar is offered to our customers who choose to act as their own general contractor. The goal of this one-on-one meeting is to introduce you to your personal escrow officer who will explain the draw process, cost breakdown, and the importance of lien waivers in protecting your property. Your Land Title Services Escrow Officer will also ensure that you know how to properly fill out the forms that your lender will require to release your funds.
