If you can answer yes to these (or similar) questions, this could be a great

Industry knowledge will not guarantee success in this position. We are looking for rock-solid consultative sales people, not product/price experts. If you are resourceful, energetic, self-directed and self-motivated, and have a successful track record in outside consultative sales, I want to talk to you.
We are a leading provider of Title Insurance and related products and services in the Greater Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. We are currently looking for sales representatives to focus on building new business throughout the Milwaukee/Waukesha County territory.
Great autonomy and financial rewards are earned by sales representatives who deliver consistent results and exceed monthly goals.
Please, only results driven sales people with proven success need apply. Experience in real estate related industries a plus, but not critical.
Candidate Requirements:
·Proven successful track record in outside sales; service industries preferred
·Creative prospecting and cold calling methods; obtain new client standards per month
·Ability to build trust; persuade potential buyers and overcome objections
·Superior time and territory management
·Group presentation skills
·Excellent written and verbal skills
·Computer competency non-negotiable
This is a salary + commission position.
