Land Title Services has been providing title insurance and escrow closing services in the Milwaukee/Waukesha market for over 20 years. As one of the regions most respected title agencies, our talented staff consists of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable title insurance and closing professionals in the business. We are a customer-centric organization and are dedicated to continuing to provide products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our business segments. Despite what you might hear in the news, working in this industry is not all doom and gloom; we continue to grow and are confident of our continued success!
We are looking for a talented, successful, and personable outside sales representative to join our team!
Sales in this industry is highly relational, and your success will depend on your ability to build lasting relationships in the real estate industry that begin with a consultative sales process. Overcoming your prospect’s loyalty to existing relationships will be your biggest challenge. If you have proven sales success in similar sales environments, we will teach you what you need to know about our industry to be successful.
Please, only results driven sales people with proven success need apply. Experience in real estate related industries a plus, but not critical.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years in field sales - proven successful track record (service industries preferred)
-Creative prospecting and cold calling methods; obtain minimum of 4 new clients per month.
-Ability to build trust; persuade potential buyers and overcome objections
-Superior time and territory management
-Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentational
-Basic computer competency
